Airport & Seaport Transfer – Terms and Conditions

PAULS TRAVEL SHREWSBURY

1. Scope of Service

PAULS TRAVEL SHREWSBURY provides private hire transport to and from airports, seaports, train stations, and other onward travel connections. While every effort is made to ensure timely arrival, we cannot guarantee arrival times due to factors outside of our control.

2. Delays & Missed Connections

PAULS TRAVEL SHREWSBURY shall not be held liable for any missed flights, ferries, trains, or other onward travel connections resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic congestion or road accidents
• Severe weather conditions
• Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failure
• Road closures, diversions, or emergency situations

In such circumstances, we are not responsible for the cost of onward travel, accommodation, rebooking fees, or any consequential losses.

3. Assistance in Case of Disruption

In the event of a delay or breakdown, PAULS TRAVEL SHREWSBURY will make every reasonable effort to assist passengers in continuing their journey, including arranging alternative transport where possible. However, this assistance cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to availability and practicality at the time of the incident.

4. Booking Responsibility

Passengers are advised to allow sufficient travel time when booking transfers, particularly during peak travel periods. The responsibility for booking flights, ferries, or trains with adequate connection time rests solely with the passenger.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled travel date may be eligible for a refund.
• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of travel are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with PAULS TRAVEL SHREWSBURY, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
